The inventory of new homes ready to occupy is very low in Albemarle County.  In the past, the number of new homes under construction for sale averaged over 200. After a steady decline for a couple of years, we are seeing this number hang around the mid 60′s. Piedmont Realty and Construction has two homes for sale and ready to occupy.
